SALON POLICY

Shade Nine is a luxury private suite salon. We ask that you refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment due to the sizing of the suites. This is a kid-free salon for safety reasons. Only children receiving service and nursing babies are permitted.

By booking an appointment with a Shade Nine employee, you agree to the following:

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged a $30 fee and may be required to reschedule.

  • If you are in violation of the cancellation policy you maybe required to pay 50% of the service fee.

  • We ask that you contact your stylist 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your outcome, we will be happy to accommodate and fix the issues. We do not issue refunds and are not liable.

Due to Covid-19, please wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth and wraps around ears only, not neck. Wear a mask you don't care to stain, as it may occur during a color service. If you are concerned or uncomfortable getting a hair service during this time, we ask that you refrain from coming in for your safety. If you have been exposed, we ask that you notify your stylist immediately and cancel or postpone your service. Shade Nine is not liable for exposure to Covid-19 during your service. Shade Nine has not had a single client get Covid-19 from our salon.
